Ordering Policies and Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Customer Service – The average turn around time for a custom made bag is three weeks. Fabrics shown on the site are currently in-stock and available, fabrics that are no longer on the site have been exhausted and are no longer available for use.


  2. Shipping – Eleni ships all bags Priority Mail with delivery confirmation via United States Postal Service. Shipping rates are:


  3. $10.00 and under $5.00
    $10.00 to $49.99 $5.25
    $50.00 to $99.99 $6.95
    $100.00 to $199.99   $7.95
    $200.00 and up $10.95

    These rates apply to only to those orders where the bags are all being shipped to the same address. Multiple addresses will result in multiple shipping charges.

  4. Return Policy – Eleni will accept exchanges only on any purchased merchandise. Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Eleni and any shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.


    • Hardware defect – Eleni will repair any hardware related defect at no charge if within 6 months of purchase. Eleni will not repair any fabric or hardware defect related to the mishandling a handbag. The customer is responsible for shipping and any shipping charges incurred


  5. Privacy Policy – Eleni will never sell or share your information with outside companies or third parties. The information that you provide while ordering a bag is only used by Eleni to process and ship your order.
